you and me on this frozen sea we slide
Tonight was not an unusual night for the hunter. He was on his way back to his home from a day of scouting. Having not been hunting, with no game to bring him, he moved easily along in his reindeer form. He descended from the Fangs with keen eyes, knowing that danger still lurked behind every turn. As he moved along, alone, a deep, bellowing growl reverberated in his ears. He lifted his head, suddenly. He could barely believe what he saw, but it surely was there. The glimmering figure was unmistakable to the natural Halovian.He shifted back into human form, standing tall as the others gathered to marvel at what they had just seen. He stood just a little off from them, but he scanned the forming group for familiar faces. None thus far.
