The kitten bounced back, eyeing Harper suspiciousky as he stood in a stereotypical scaredy cat pose. "Branbast, stop it. Leave Harper alone." Pgoebe said, chiding the kitten.
"Well..." she started, pausing as she realized this was going to be...a lot all at once. "Frey asked me to go run the brothel in Torchline because the workers need someone who can take care of them. I was going to offer to leave the clinic to you as your own home but..." she paused again, watching his expression closely. "Torchline is a pretty dangerous place, and the brothel has been pretty run down...so I was wondering if you would come and be the guard for it?" she said.
"We'd have to live in the wagon for a bit while the building is fixed, but its basically a full house inside there anyways."
