Ianto rarely falling into a silence he didn't want to be in; such had been Remi's experience, anyways. "Oh, a little of this, a little of that. Some good things, some bad." He shrugged, the thick mound of scars across his throat shifting with every swallow.
"Though what will probably knock your socks off the most is this:" Standing up straighter, chin held slightly up, Remi struck his most political-portrait stance for just a moment, before cracking a smile towards the fox. "I've become Governor of a land called Torchline. Booze, beaches, and general shenanigans abound." There was no use in bringing up dead daughters or demi-god status. Time later perhaps, but with Ianto, it was hard to pin down just how much time one had.
