The Grounds seemed to be solidly under Ascended rule now; Morgan was becoming more and more determined to not allow the same thing to happen to Halo. That Zariah had somehow influenced her Ascension caused Morgan's brow to furrow in confusion, but she did not ask further on that for the moment, not wanting to distract from discussion of Rexanna, which if her plan to take over succeeded, would be very relevant to her indeed.
