At his cue, the leopardess heeled back then surged forwards, molten yellow eyes only for the prey before her. There was always the brief moment before a kill, when she had her teeth around the animals neck, that she felt remorse, and thought to let him go.

The other's had scattered from the clearing, Jigano remained and she turned to face him with her tail curled in satisfaction. "I guess you could say I'm pretty good," she said playfully, dropping the buck and giving a little prance.
