Give it time and the Wraith imagines that Loki will like fewer and fewer people as she comes aware of her bonded’s feelings towards most people. And even then, she’s prepared to let the dragonling make her own assessments; surely the creatures are bright enough for that kind of character judgement. “I’m sure Haai and you are fine.”

And the only reason she's prepared to tell him is because of their agreement. But it's up to him if he wants to hear it.
