As the leader fell, Loren couldn't help the bile that rose in his throat at having to take a life. However, he could process later. Having the phoenix take to the sky again, he darted forward to snatch at the mageglass.
This time, he heeded Morgan's call. Hopefully clutching the mageglass in one hand, he would run to wherever the Captain had ended up. Ignoring the cultists trying to break through the cage, he focused inward. Calling upon as much healing magic as he could possibly grasp at once, he would lay his hand on her shoulder. Then he would send all that magic coursing through Morgan.
Loren attempts to pick up the mageglass, then head to Morgan and heal her.
