“I got them well enough. It’s only fair I suppose they got something back.” He replies to Melita, a wide grin crossing his face before it fades as Ronin approaches and the thought of dancing certainly takes over any regrets or reflection on what he’d just done.
The familiar lilt of Nate’s voice vibrating at his side has Sunjata fully relaxing now — as much as he could despite the slight discomfort to his stomach — and he leans into the arm around him, taking the drink when it’s offered and finally flashing that innocent grin. “Never.” It’s a quiet hum, aimed mostly for Nate’s ears only, when Ronin and Melita both seem to occupy themselves with the dance and he gets designated as the holder of the drinks.
He raises a brow to Melita, almost considering sticking his tongue out at her before he simply lifts his chin a bit. “If it’s gone by the time you’re done it’s your fault.” He offers her, before a light laugh leaves him and he takes a sip from his drink, giving Nate his full attention after watching Ronin give a somewhat formal bow. “Gods I went to too many balls, that type of bow is ingrained in my head.” There’s a soft whine to his voice, before he finds a place to put Melita’s drink to the side (a rock of some sort probably), before he reaches for Nate to pull him close for a bit more of a less formal dance, especially one without much movement. “I won’t move too much, I promise.” He smirks, shifting to some sort of swaying motion because that’s really all he can do.
