With a roguish grin knowing Seren was to blame, he continued to struggle valiantly and dramatically. When her magic suddenly ceased to root him to the sea given her coughs, Remi moved himself instantly to her side, scooping her up into his arms so she could catch her breath.
"I know you want to remove the water to find the shells, but drinking it is hardly the way." Remi pointed out with a soft grin, waiting until Seren had her breath back.
