The dolphin turned at the tap, wondering what it was Seren was trying to signal. As she swam away Remi's heart gave an energetic leap in his chest thinking for a moment she was being pulled off of him by some large beast...Apparently, when Remi vowed not to care for the girl, the message hadn't quite reached his heart, which flopped in his chest. Seeing that she was swimming of her own volition calmed the pink creature, and when she began to make her way towards the surface, he placed his bottle-nosed snout beneath her to hurry her ascent.
Taking a large breath of his own, the dolphin watched the girl with expectant eyes. She'd put the shell into her pocket, but he'd seen enough to guess at what she'd found. Waiting for Seren to climb back on board, the dolphin would tug her back towards the shore.
