Elias
The smack to the back of his son's head made the man chuckle, though her words were true. She claimed his hand and Elias led her away, "Hey, now. Not all boys are stupid." Elias certainly had never brought a woman home who he didn't care for; then again, his only marriage had been to a desperate prostitute, looking for a way away from a dangerous pimp.

Nothing around here is quite as it seems,
Not sure if anything's real or a dream,
And the only thing sure from the start,
Is the song that's inside of your heart,
Don't let it leave.

Is the song that's inside of your heart,
Don't let it leave.
