She was exhausted, half way almost ready for bed, as she slings on a long shirt, too big for her body, curled up along the edge of the bedroom on the floor to pet Auni and give him attention before she slipped into the bed to catch up on her journaling and eventually sleep. But she hears the door open, knows that it couldn’t be anyone else other than Chulane, and with one last pat to the Luxere’s head, she stands to slip around to the kitchen. A bright grin crosses her face at the sight of him, before it fades as she watches him rub at his temples. He looks… Rough, tossed around almost, and is that blood she sees along his clothes? Immediately concern grows, and she jogs over toward the kitchen table. Her iceberg gaze scanning him for the injury before she tries to catch his attention, a soft from finding her lips. “Chuy… Are you okay?” She asks, before realizing it sounded stupid.
He didn’t look okay, nor was the fact there were blood on his clothing. “What happened?” She asks quietly, pulling up a chair and reaching for him to pull him into her to try and relieve some of the pain.
