There’s not much else to talk about, not much else to add to the agreement. There’s a breath of relief that slips past Sunjata as Deimos accepts their tentative agreement, and there’s hope that brims within Sunjata that they might be able to figure it out — keep their people safe, keep his lover safe. But despite the silence he can see the person behind the bar begin to move toward them again, and Sunjata pushes back from the edge of the bar — leaving the payment for his drinks within each reach of whomevers manning the bar.
If he leaves a bit extra for Deimos as well, it’s anyone’s guess. But he leans a bit toward the General before he goes to depart. “Enjoy your honeymoon.” He rumbles before the attuned bond sparks open. And thank you. With all the brutal honesty to the statement as the person manning the bar finally goes to hand Deimos his items he’d requested.
And then Sunjata and Haai are slipping through the door, off to head toward home once again.
