Somehow he always finds his way back here, to the Hanged Man. Whether it be for just a quick drink or just to keep tabs on the way life in Torchline had changed once the Ark had set sail, was hard to say. Either way, he’s here, slipping through the doors and giving a quick scan around the area before heading straight for the bar, Haai at his heels with her iridescent wings tucked in tight, paws easily slipping along the floor.
He receives a glass of whiskey, taking a sip from it before he goes to scan for a place to sit – to work on his own journal again, some sort of correlation between what was happening to those closest to him (the Ascended attack, the fact that he’d managed to get Fae blood but could only deign the fact that it had been during said attack) when he spots someone that’s promptly fallen asleep at his table, drinks untouched.
The man looks a bit like Remi, but upon closer inspection there’s something… Different, something off. None of the scars Remi bore were on this man, and so Sunjata assumes he’s perhaps a stranger, someone new to this place, seeing as he certainly didn’t look like he was from Torchline. So he slips over to the table, taking a seat opposite of the man, letting his steel gaze flicker along the stranger. “Might not want to fall asleep in a place like this. Makes you an easy target.” He rumbles, taking a sip of his glass.
