He...couldn't imagine what it might be like to be married to the soldier who came over from Northaven with him. He'd loved Ronin then to be sure, but could a marriage between who he was now, and the man Ronin was then possibly have worked? In the same vein...matched in title though they were, could the sword and shield weather all Amalia had been through?
