Around them the labyrinth whispered in the winter wind, almost as if it was laughing at them. The group would find themselves standing at its entrance, just like before. Nothing had changed. Nothing was amiss. ...Apart from Jigano, who would find himself standing and holding not a nymph's hand, but... an egg. Dappled white with strange, glacial patterns swirling across it, the egg would shift and move in his hands. It would likely hatch soon.
