She misses the lava as it erupts, too focused on Tanau and what happens below. The lava shoots upward, coating her wing and singing away feather and what feels almost like tendons.
A cry leaves her as she starts to spiral down – a mix through the attuned bond to those attuned, and a sorrowful, almost pitiful shriek of her vulture shift. And down she goes – trying to steady the one wing in an attempt it might glide her back within the safety of the ice wall – reaching out frantically to the birds of before – the carrion birds that had helped her spy within Tanau.
Perhaps they might be able to buoy her into where the lava can’t reach.
Kiada tries to call some carrion birds again to try and buoy her away from the lava and into the are of the shield again.
Can call like-minded animals for assistance (1 large, 3 medium, 5 small, from the same animal family)
