Having already taken a dive, the landshark does not hear the sound meant to distract it created by Nephele. As Ianto flies upward his small body is battered about by the highwinds. His small body is thrown around like a ragdoll, offering him no insight and straining his wings for his efforts. Had Delphia let the beast be, it might have just swam off deciding that these meddlesome humans weren't worth its time. However as its soul was once again tugged upon, the blade of Delphia's will tearing through it, it streaks towards the surface once again.
Alina 's arrow flies true and it sticks into the massive snout of the shark, though it doesn't do as much damage as she might like. Roaring its displeasure, the beast looks around for a target but sees very little, what with the two fae hovering out of reach, Ianto lost in the storm above, and Delphia gone from view.
