While he wasn't thrilled about the idea of working with anyone else, let alone the person who was in the most conveniently place for his brain to place blame upon, he merely nodding with an unreadable expression and got to work.
Lifting the sheets of timber that would make up the flat panels of the wall, he did he best to work steadily, with practiced efficiency and independence - not wanting or accepting any help that might be offered to him on completing his section. At this stage, he preferred to work potentially a bit slower, but alone.
