Beatrix huffed quietly, finally noticing the rock her brother seemed to be chatting with. "Loren, is there another healer in Halo?" She doubted he was lucid enough to answer her, but... might as well ask, maybe she'd get something useful out of him.
He started jogging, and she jogged to keep up, grumbling a few choice words under her breath. "Loren! Slow down," she insisted, moving to grab onto his shirt, in an effort to keep him in view. She didn't want to have scour the city because she'd lost the man.
As they reached the gates, she paused. She wasn't quite sure where Loren stayed now; she'd not exactly kept tabs on either brother after she'd come to, to find Jace alive and older, but Zariah dead and gone. She'd blamed Neron, because Neron was still alive and relatively fine in his life. And so was Loren.
"Where are we going?"
