Beatrix immediately regretted her decision to pick goose!Loren up. He was battering her with his wings, and soon ningos joined in. What... had she done to deserve that?!
The attacking birds, and the angry goose in her arms were more than enough for her to just drop Loren on the ground, so that she could wave her hands at the ningos, attempting to convince the birds to leave her alone. She'd dropped the stupid goose-brother.
"Loren," she huffed, instinct almost made her want to kick goose!Loren, but she managed not too. "Just follow me," she insisted, reaching down to try to right the goose to his feet.
He was in town... so theoretically, her job was done. That's what the selfish side of her said. She was done. But some part of her knew she'd probably lose Loren if she just left him here; and have to hunt him down again.
And that'd be boring.
She wasn't here to play scavenger-hunt.
