And then, the glare, confusion sparking in his steel. “The light will guide me home.” He says as if that explains everything. Why would he destroy such a thing when it was the only anchor he had to his home?
Slowly, he manages to push himself up and away from the shadow that watches him from the sandy beach, stumbling when he finally stands, and then he glances back to Amun.
