The music he draws from her lips is almost too much all by itself, and Ronin has to stop himself from pressing teeth against the soft flesh of her neck, from delivering kisses that will almost certainly leave marks. It’s all he can do to control the movement of his hips to something like a reasonable pace, wanting buck into her with wild abandon but equally knowing that to do so will end this all too quickly, in his current state.
Really, Ronin doesn’t stand much of a chance regardless, and it is clear by the hungry way he takes her that there’s more than one itch being scratched right now. Still, the sudden appearance of wings is enough to distract him from the inevitable for a moment, and he huffs out a breathless laugh, scooting her forward to reach up and let his fingers glide over the pale feathers. ”Look at you,” he breathes, a mischievous slant to his voice.
In a sudden movement, Ronin withdraws from Amalia, scooping her off the counter only to (awkwardly, with wings), turn her to face the mirror. ”Seriously, look at you.” He purrs the words into her ear this time, hands roaming over her breasts, her hips, the wings that ghost out around them.
Groaning his approval into the kiss he leaves against the side of her neck, Ronin takes the Shield again, this time from behind, and it’s no less needy or passionate.
