Even if Finn had been on top of his game (something he honestly doesn’t think has ever happened in his life), Cian is not one with whom he can dance and come out in the lead. So Finn relaxes into the bed and listens, listens hard. His stormy eyes meet the other man’s, a little hazy with sleep, still, but filled with the quiet intelligence that has been lacking for so long.
