At the mention of walking, she started to do so instinctively too, out of the range and way of the hustling, bustling crowd, a listening ear, head tilted, while she rolled the last of the bandages, placing them back within the basket. Tucking them down, ensuring this time they were far more secure, her eyes flickered back up to him, the beam of her smile remaining at the continued discourse of the Celestine. “It’s a wonderful place. I hope it gives you peace on your walks.” At the notion of the unicorn, for Lena lacked the prejudice towards an animal associated with Abandoneds (for the creatures couldn’t be blamed; sometimes this was how the world worked), she granted a firm nod. “Yes. For a couple more days. Then it will be right as rain, and can go be with its herd again.” Back off into the ethers, the vestiges, of life.
She began a dutiful motion again, along the outskirts of the other maneuvering people, expecting him to follow as she chatted along. “Young ones. At their age, unleashing powers is a given.” The depths of her grin turned enigmatic, and she shrugged; not bothered in the least by things that were inevitable. Why wouldn’t a juvenile dragon try, attempt, or strive to prove themselves? Humans did much of the same, given their time and place.
But at Finn’s occupation, she was distracted, gaze following where he glanced, towards the Tower. A gentle hum rambled along, under her breath, and she wasn’t quite so content with the answer – far more inquisitive. “Oh? What do you research?”
