Finn accepts the slice of apple more easily than he did when she initially offered to share her wares, his gratitude coming out quietly and politely, much the same as most of the things he does. Raising his eyebrows to hear of the cloud wyrms, she does succeed in tearing his attention more towards the Celestine, the Spyglass's curiosity piqued. "I hear they breathe out clouds," he remarks, though soon enough she's asking about Sera and the work she's done on Finn's office.

"She made me a glass wall that I can write on, for my research. It's one way glass for privacy," he explains. They have veered off the path towards the Tower now, and Finn has resigned himself to another pleasant stroll through the gardens. As their conversation bounces to luxere and companions now, Finn manages a smile. "They are spirited, from what I know of them," he murmurs. "And it's not so much that I crave activity - just that I know I would need it, if left to my own devices."

It's a shame that their conversation can't stay so light, and Finn's expression grows more solemn as he has to admit that he goes about his research in a somewhat clandestine way. "No," he says. "They don't, not until it's time to try and bring them into alignment with the Order's desires."
