The others -- Juniper was aware of Deimos now -- seemed to be starting to get the fire under control, at least a little bit ... Juniper wished she could say the same about the fire's source, the flinthoppers. Should she just keep shooting at them until they died, or was there a cleverer way to deal with them? Something a little more out of the box? Well, she did have some new skills she'd been looking to try out ...but it's the easiest thing to do
Lowering her bow, Juniper flew around the flinthoppers, blocking their path away from the fire, and conjured a series of bangs and bright lights with her recently-learned illusion magic, trying to scare them back towards the fire -- where, she hoped, they would become roasted grasshoppers.
