As he explained that he knew the thoughts and wishes of the gods themselves, she snorted. No mortal, no matter how learned, could truly know or understand the deities that had made the world.
At that moment the Cat Sith decided to meow. It's eyes were wide, looking innocent. She glared daggers at it, wishing she had actual blades to use on it instead.
