With that, the healer would summon the dragon in question, which was black and scaled and looked remarkably like a certain Flood's shift.

Almost daintily the Firebrand would have it retrieve the rods from the blacksmith (one with its mouth, one with its front left claw), assuming the other man gave it up. Regardless, Loren would command it to fly up and as far ahead of them as his magic could reach, before venturing into the storm after it.
