He listened to the conversation about the lightning rods, not saying anything. He was quite content to follow along and do what was asked of him, not confident enough in this environment to insist on anything else.
"Watch the rabbits. Right." He nodded, scanning the horizon before him left and right as he stepped forwards, thankful to have a job he could do. With no way to assist with the tunnelling Oliver was asked to do (unless he wanted a handful of dirt moved telekinetically), Sam tried to do the best he could with what he had, trying his best to observe the path ahead and be prepare to call out if he saw one of the creatures disappear.
