Hopefully, he will be able to figure something out should something go seriously wrong (since ya know, shit can go wrong super fast for some reason).
Meanwhile, he tries to focus on potentially healing himself. His magic has already increased and while he's never healed himself before there's an inkling that this is something he could potentially do. And so, Oliver will make an attempt to heal his small bit of blood loss from Sam's bite.
