Too many emotions, too many filaments coursed through bonds, through broken, battered, snapped, splintered things, and he couldn’t settle into them now – not with everything else bristling around them. I am okay he reflected in return, reaching past heartbreak and restlessness, hastening towards those notions long since understood. They’d always been capable of working as a team, a unit of motion and trials, attempting, striving; even after everything, he didn’t expect that to have changed. A semblance of understanding pushed its way through, of trust and dedication, of strength and determination, before movements could come into play, and focus was drawn entirely on the midst –
Of nothing.
Not a god damned thing.
He received naught in return for his Life Drain, no additional pulse of fortitude and might, no waves of weakening cretins before him. Zuriel’s touch was the only thing ensuring something had actually transpired. The Shield’s efforts drew silence. He could only watch as Morgan’s ice, confronted likely by too much heat in these damned place, couldn’t last.
Rather than give into the frustration, more calculations emerged, more machinations necessary, more tactics meant to subdue. “What if we trap it?” He offered into the cavern, into the cluster of necessary allies. “I am going to drop the fog, and try using the earth.” A warning, that full strength was going to be utilized in one area, that they might suddenly be sitting ducks before a monstrous heathen; a need to find alternative cover. He maneuvered off to a side of a rocky barrier as best he could, Zuriel right behind him, before unfurling, unleashing the waves of earthen wares.
The intention was to begin to draw the earth around the monster, creating a wall-like structure to reach up, up, up, hopefully inhibiting its movements, assaults, or sieges, and buying them time to find alternative means.
If that was even possible now, or they were merely prolonging the inevitable.

Deimos drops the Air magic, and tries to use Mastered Earth to begin walling off/trapping the creature.
Earth Manipulation: Can create and control the earth. Must be within a 30ft radius.
Type: Grey | Rank: Mastered
