"Mm..." Longnight casts a huge, black shadow over Ronin, and it probably always will, but that just means that the Star's agreement is all the more grave as Remi speaks. He pulls the blankets around them as his husband comes to join him, an arm sneaking around the Lullaby in return so he can share in the warmth and the closeness. "I know exactly what you mean," he says softly, his blue eyes faraway, and he shivers suddenly, shaking himself out of it so he might bury his face against Remi's curls.
Talk of memories, of their son and the future, along with the reassuring and real weight of Remi draped across his chest... it does a lot to soothe the Star, and his emotions (and he's just realised, belatedly, that his poor husband would have been privy to everything going on with him) start to melt towards the calm and the hopeful. "I like that idea as well," he murmurs, peering up at the assortment of strange lights Ianto has put together for decoration and illumation both.
"Just think how many memories we'll have by the time we can tell him stories about this. How many times he'll have used your little Ludo doll to warm his toes on Deepfrost nights." He grins.
