Alina growled as her arrow missed and the landshark dove. Thankfully, it seemed occupied by the spirit beast or whatever it was that had suddenly appeared that looked like Remi's shift. Putting away the bow and arrow, she watched the other strange creature that had appeared in the sandstorm, some weird mix and match critter that she had no name for.
Then everything got even worse. Ronin hit a cactus of all things and started acting strangely. Narrowing her eyes at him, she put her bow away. "Save who?" she shouted, to be heard above the wind and hopefully by Remi.
Then she shrieked as they started to plunge. "Ronin no. Stop. There's nothing down to save." She grabbed his shirt and clung to it, hunkering down, keeping her wings in, and trying not to topple off the nimbus. "Remi, a little help? Something's wrong with Ronin!" Seeing the approaching groun reached out with her minimal magic, prepping a spell. If the landshark reappears, she would try to flash lights and blast sounds at it in the hopes of distracting it from landing another attack.
Alina asks Remi for help and clings to Ronin, pulling her wings in tight. If the landshark reappears, she will to distract the landshark from attacking by using her glamour to make bright lights and loud noises. Her entire body except for her wings are covered in cloth and her eyes are covered by goggles.
