"Oof, I'll do my best. Haven't let a cackle slip out in a while - let's keep it that way," Neron drawls back at his brother, easy camaraderie slipping in now that they're behind the bar together and, for all intents and purposes, putting on a show. He finishes wiping the glasses and turns to nod at the next patron to take their order while his twin gets himself under control.
Reaching past Loren for a liquor bottle and pouring a measure into a tumbler that's already misting over with ice in his palm, he snorts at him in agreement. "Less wiles, more wild," he says with a nod, turning back to the bar to deliver the drink. "You're right, he will," he says of the Firebrand's 'boss'. "I don't pay you to stand around and brood." He doesn't pay him at all, but it's the principle of the thing.
Either way, this is about as easygoing as things have ever been between them, and honestly, Neron can't help but think that maybe Launceleyns were born to work behind bars.
They certainly have the charisma for it. Mostly.
