The sword's edge would not be aimed today, she had no intent to cut in this spar. Rather her grip would be shifted to fight with the flat of her blade, the dull sides that might sting or bruise but nothing more. With that alteration in mind she shifted strategy, keeping any thrusts at bay and rather focusing on getting wide swings in, to knock the wind out of her opponent or send her stumbling away.
