A bark of laughter escaped her, amused by the sheer power he bore, and the thrill of their spar.

She sidestepped, moving to the right and in a brief circle around herself, successfully dodging his blow and using the momentum of her spin to slice at his outstretched weapon, hoping to disarm or at least throw off his balance with the sideways blow.
