He's ready to go again, and Finn swears it's more embarrassing every time it happens. The Spyglass has been awake since the Star brought him out of his overdosed state, which means he looks as haggard and weary as ever as he sits at the side of the hospital bed to lace up his shoes. Call it fear, call it shame, but he's even more adverse to sleep than usual, and only the familiar click of claws on the tiled floors draws him out of his own personal lecturing.
"Hey, Tobi," he says as she pads into the room, his voice warming, a rare smile spreading across his face. Reaching out, it's with a comfort that he can never show when the doctor isn't in shift that he gives her a soft scritch behind the ears, tilting his head at the medication she's holding. "Oh I see, is that a hint?" he wants to know, already guessing that it is. "Alright. Do I need to sign anything else, or shall we just get out of here?"
