The hug breaks and a hand reaches out to rest on Adam’s shoulder in a pat of greeting, a softer smile placed on his face as his steel gaze lingers between the two men. He can’t help but to lean into Nate’s touch, to let his gaze return to Peter with a huff of a laugh. “When don’t I?” Comes the comment before things begin to unravel.
