And just to illustrate, a generous helping of the very cheap bottle he’s partaking in is poured into Neron’s outstretched glass. In nearly the same motion, Nate’s own glass is emptied and refilled, the doctor shifting to sit up a touch straighter, letting the weight of his gaze pass over the other man in a lazy appraisal.
