Listening to others is absolutely the best course of action, and the bats are removed without a single one nearing him, though they make a mess of everything else. A low chuckle leaves Nate, a tight grin spread across his face. "That could have been worse, huh?"
Well obviously he's the best man for the job of lifting and organizing, never mind the fact that every single one of them is just as strong, just as tireless, and just as capable of the grunt work as he was. Maybe he just really didn't want to clean up the glass, maybe he had a vested interest in checking for himself that all the bats had been flushed out.
Whatever his reasons, Nate grabs a pile of boxes no taller than he is and gets to work transporting them into the stock room, a rough song humming out of him as he works. It grows a touch more suspicious once he's actually in the room, sharp eyes glancing around the upper corners while he organizes the boxes.
