But then Zeph produces jerky, and the gods know that Vai is food motivated. Work or play, at least there's food. "You know I am," she all but purrs, dancing back across the stones so she might take a bite of the snack.
Or at least, that's the plan until a greedy hel tries to take advantage of Zeph's generosity and forethought. And y'know what? Vai is having none of it. Glaring at the stars as the screech pierces the air, Vai raises a hand to cause a gust of wind to roar along in her wake. She aims to thoroughly throw the hel off track - and if possible, she'll even send it skittering across the sand. "And you can fuck off," she informs it.
