Finn, for all of his sins and his flaws, knows Cian well. He knows the Eye well enough to know how dangerous this display of emotion is, and thus when he speaks his stormy eyes are still absorbed in the papers beneath his fingers. Even so, his voice carries in a soft rumble throughout the room.
