"Third time's the charm," Theo agreed, getting to work on the pulleys again. He'd settled into a rhythm by now and ought to be able to rig the ropes easily, knowing just where to use telekinesis and where he needed his actual hands. Baring unforeseen catastrophe, the windmill ought to be easy to assemble ... Though there was always room in Theo's life for unforeseen catastrophe. And some foreseen catastrophes too, but that was another subject.
Theo worked quickly, but whether he worked well would remain to be seen until the windmill was complete and, he hoped, functioning. But how hard could it be?
Pulleys again!
