“I’ll hold the support beams” Wessex offers after a moment, aware that the others’ strengths may not match her own. Letting the rest of them sort themselves out regarding the tasks, Wessex goes to the timber pile and selects four beams that might be best suited for the job. Then, it what might be a very show-off-y move (hint: it absolutely is), she picks up the whole thing and takes it to where it’s supposed to be, dropping it off her shoulder and holding it steady for whomever is going to come by to set it in place. And so on and so forth, until all four beams are up.
