The Firling is bright compared to the absolute darkness of everything else, and he peers up at it briefly when he comes to sit beside where Melita’s placing the bauble. He spies the penis shaped one, his tail flicking in amusement with it (one of the only feelings he can muster at the moment, influenced heavily by the carefreeness of the canine shift) before his dark head is tilting toward Melita with wide grey blue eyes.
