Henry's eyelids droop as he closes in, though they remain open just a smidge, to be able to still see Oliver's expression. There's just the slightest coy smile that pinches the corners of his lips when Oliver bites his own lip. The silence is palpable and if Oliver didn't close the gap, Henry might've tried to whisper something to ease the moment. But he'll find that he doesn't feel any tension tugging him back, only the gentle coax of Oliver's mouth as it meets his.
A slow breath sweeps out from his nose as he leans in further, toeing the line between a soft and rough kiss. He applies a small amount of pressure on Oliver's shoulders with his arm, pulling him in closer. But as much as he wants to relent to those greater urges, Henry thinks it'll be better for both of them if he takes his time with this.
When he comes up for air, Henry doesn't pull away, doesn't intend on it anyway. He stays close, close enough to kiss again, but he does have a question. There's a soft, very brief sound of amusement that muffles through before he says hoarsely, "So, about those tattoos...?"
