"Good," she breathes out, relaxing deeper into his touch as he brushes her curls with his fingers. That is, until he questions if she's fine with it the other way around, and she has to take a moment to filter her response.
His amusement isn't matched, endearing as he looks and as much as she wants to be able to reflect that characteristic smile. She's finding more difficulty with this but, again, she's trying not to ruin a good thing. That's the main focus. If he's fine with them seeing other people, then so is she - and she has to admit that she already proved why that's a better arrangement for their relationship.
Milo moves in to kiss her and she has to put all of her attention to that, nothing but raw emotion in the way she draws up into it. At the end of the day, that's what she wants the most; to feel how soft he is against her mouth, how addictive he tastes, that familiar rush of breath being taken away.
With a soft 'tsk' of her lips as she just barely pulls away, she reminds him humorously, "You haven't left the doghouse yet anyway," she tips her head to the side and looks up at him, up from his mouth, "I'm still not over you coming with us on the Ark." She lets out another, ragged sigh and casually rolls her eyes away, but there's a slight smile on her lips. Part of her thinks it might, actually.. be good. So long as everything doesn't go to shit.
