His eyes briefly glance over to the dolphin like creatures before he had an idea.
Using his earth magic, he tried to create a small wall of sand and sandstone. It would hopefully protect the seal from whatever it was those damn creatures wanted with it. The poor thing was already traumatized enough and just needed some time to get out and recover. Hopefully the wall would provide enough protection... hopefully.
With a small wall built, Oliver shifts his attention back to the seal. With a deep breath, he finishes the job up. The ramp is perfect enough for the seal to clamber its way up, only needing a small bit of help at the end. ”Do you have some fresh water? I’m going to assume he’s thirsty.”
Despite the turmoil, the seal waited for a bit, clearly tired and needing some time to rest. No matter how long it took for him to feel comfortable and ready to leave, Oliver would stand by making sure all went well.
And hopefully, all would work out for Melita too.
