Vai's question has Remi nodding. "Multiple times. Not that day, though. That day...she'd just escaped the monsters, the Grounds were on fire, and Ronin and I had just..." He waves his hand vaguely. They'd had their not-fight-that-nearly-broke-them-up. "She kissed me, but it felt like it was more out of relief than anything else. That's when I realized that whatever I was I felt, she couldn't. That's why we went to the room." Was their chemistry just trama-based? That was the real heart of Remi's concern.
"I don't know. And I know you're going to say that I should just ask her, and I probably should, I just...I was hoping to understand a bit more of what I was feeling, first."
